Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

When your order ships

Orders placed by noon ET on business days usually ship the same day. Pre-orders ship as stock arrives, by Christmas.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Standard delivery usually takes 1–7 business days after your order ships, depending on where you live. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. If something goes wrong with a delivery, email support@precisecook.com with your order number and we will help you with the carrier.
